Is HomeEasy free to use?
Yes, for customers. Getting a quote and booking costs nothing extra — the price you see on the quote is the price the pro charges.
Do I need an account to get a quote?
No. You can get a full itemised quote without signing up. You only create an account when you confirm a booking, so you can manage, reschedule or cancel it later.
Who are the pros?
Independent local businesses who set their own prices, service radius and availability on HomeEasy. Each profile shows the business, what it covers and the times it has open, so you can review a pro before booking.
How accurate is the instant quote?
The quote is built from the pro's own pricing for the job details you enter, and every line item is shown. If the job on the day is materially different from what was described — for example a much larger area or heavier soiling — the pro will confirm any change with you first.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, free, from your account. Rescheduling picks a new time from the same pro's published calendar.
